{Spotlight Project} Ghosting Technique with Deepti

For the BOLD SENTIMENTS Special Stamp Release + Comment to Win post, click here.

Hello, friends! Deepti here and welcome to another spotlight feature. Today I am showcasing a fun technique called ghosting.

Here's a look at the finished card:

STEP 1
I started out by stamping and fussy cutting the flower.

STEP 2
Then I masked the white card stock panel with post it note and stamped the brick stamps in Versamark ink. Next I inked this stamped region with distress ink. The Versamark ink resists the ink and is termed as ghosting.

STEP 3
Next I splattered some water drops on this panel and stamped some brick pattern in ink. I also colored the flower with markers and laid it all together to finish my card.

Here's the finished close up :)

That finishes my spotlight feature :) I hope you enjoyed it and will give this a try. Happy paper crafting!
